Spring is an AMAZING season to get married, especially if you love flowers. So many flowers are in season (which could mean cheaper flower bills or more premium blooms included in your wedding flowers!) + the color palettes for spring are to die for.
Are you getting married in spring? Here is some inspiration to help you get started!
1. Embrace color! Spring is such a colorful season.
The sunshine comes out from behind the winter clouds and the winter rain guarantees green grass and a bounty of colorful flowers.
2. Research seasonal flowers growing near you + plan to include those in your wedding flowers!
For example, here in San Diego all of the local gardens are back up and running. As a florist who cares about supporting other local businesses, I’ll be trying my best to source flowers from the local flower farmers in my area.
3. Stick with your theme + incorporate it in all aspects of your wedding.
If you’re fully embracing the spring theme, think about incorporating spring into all of the aspects of your wedding. For your bridal or wedding shower, think about having a spring inspired tea party! For your tablescape, including some colorful tapered candles and other whimsical aspects.
